Order Tracking


You can query in the tracking interface of the official website, or check in the order interface at any time. After placing an order, we will update the logistics number in 48 hours (except holidays). 


Orders received before 23:00 PM (Pacific time) will be processed within 48 hours, and those received after 23:00 PM (Pacific time) will be processed on the next working day.

 Parcel usually arrived within 5-15 days affected by local policies. For some areas,  affected by local policy, the shipping time could be delayed.  We will follow the latest logistics information in time for you.


If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
